3 steps to book our Village Hall
Step 1 – check on our events calendar to see if the date & time you’re after is currently available.
Step 2 – fill in the contact form on this page. And wait for a response confirmation for us that the date time is available, (just in case someone is already in the process of booking the day/time slot you require.)
Step 3 – fill in and our online booking form here, and sign it, you will be emailed with details of how to pay.
(Charges for the hall are £10ph for residents of Mudford, Ashington and Chiltern Cantello only, outside of this area is charged at £15ph.
Committee room charged at £6/£5 respectively.)
Keep a look out for the email, just in case it goes into your junk mail!
Once we have received your payment in full, we’ll let you know that your booking is confirmed, and will be put on our events calendar.
Keys for the hall can be picked up and returned to the cafe on Thursdays 10-12am.
Don’t like online forms!
If you prefer you can fill out the booking forms in pen and drop it off to us on The Thursday cafe 10-12am, all forms are in pdf format underneath the contact form.
Please note: We don’t take any provisional bookings. We now only confirm bookings once payed in full.
